Subscription billing and renewal

FollowUp AI Pro is a monthly subscription billed in Canadian dollars at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. It renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by contacting support.followupai@gmail.com. After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Your account then returns to the free plan.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method.
